Stanford Biochemistry is committed to the wellness of each person in our community and the community as a whole. We understand that mental and physical health, work-life balance, and many additional factors influence the well-being of individuals and therefore the community. By promoting individual wellness and community health, we help everyone to grow and thrive as people.

Student Mini-Grants support well-being projects.
Well-Being at Stanford Coaching provides guidance in the change process.
Outreach, training & consultation comprises services with the goal of creating and maintaining a healthy and empowered student population and campus climate.
Red Folder is designed to help faculty and staff navigate conversations with students about well-being.
